European Network of Civil Aviation Safety Investigation Authorities (ENCASIA) – 29th Plenary Meeting 10th to 11th October 2024, Malta
Captain Frank Zammit, Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Air Accident Investigation, welcomed delegates from various European Safety Investigation Authorities [SIA] to the two-day annual meeting.
The Plenary Meeting proved a valuable forum for common consideration of various thematic discussions, including protection of data, the integrity of safety investigations, the role of SIAs and their involvement in State Safety Programmes. The social event at the end of the first day’s meeting allowed delegates to establish connections with professionals from other countries, and share common experiences.
